About this service

The BattleBox official site (the "Service") provides information, member features, and server reservations related to BattleBox, a Minecraft x TikTok Live competitive mini-game. The Service is in beta; features and specifications may change or stop without notice. Both free and paid (membership plan) features coexist.

Prohibited conduct

Users must not engage in unauthorized access, impersonation of others, harassment, acts that violate laws or public order and morals, or acts that interfere with the operation of the Service. If the operator determines such conduct has occurred, use may be restricted or the account suspended.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided as a beta. The operator assumes no liability for malfunctions or outages of the app or servers, loss of data, disputes between streamers or between viewers, or damages arising from external services such as TikTok or from payments.

Handling of personal information

The Service does not store personal information such as email addresses or names. Accounts are managed only by a one-way hash of the OAuth identifier. Avatar images and stream regions are treated as general display information.

Amendments, governing law, and contact

The operator may amend these terms as needed. If you use the Service after an amendment, you are deemed to have agreed to the amended terms.
